I am using a mac and I am reinstalling all of my sims 3 content including the base game through Origin. The base game and some expansions downloaded okay. But when I try to download "Seasons" and "Supernatural", both give me "no_cd_key" where the product code should be.

The good news is, your graphics card is in fact supported, so you can skip the most complicated fix for the unknown error. That leaves two steps. But first, run the Super Patch (digital download version) to patch the game to 1.67, if you haven't already. The launcher doesn't always do a thorough job of patching on its own, and the Super Patch won't hurt.

Hallo ich habe mir vor kuzem Siedler 4 wiedereinmal gekauft weil meine alte nicht mehr lesbar war. Da ich dieses Problem nicht nochmal haben will suche ich nach einem no cd patch finde aber nur das ganze spiel + crack zum download. Und sonst finde ich für diese Version nur englische patches. Kann mir einer helfen?
Moin, Freunde. Ich habe auf meinem windows 10 Rechner eine virtual machine mit windows xp drauf installiert, damit ich meine alten spiele darauf spielen kann. die ich alle damals im original gekauft oder geschenkt bekommen habe. bei einem davon hab ich jetzt allerdings das problem, dass es sich auch dort nicht starten lässt, weil es von mir verlangt, dass ich zum start die original-cd benutze - die ich aber eingelegt und mit der ich das spiel installiert habe! ich habe mich ein wenig belesen und glaube, dass es am kopierschutz auf der cd liegen könnte. der patch, um das zu beheben, ist von microsoft aus aber längst nicht mehr für xp verfügbar.ich fürchte daher, dass mein letzter ausweg in dieser sache eventuell sein wird, dass ich mir selbst einen no cd crack erstelle, um das spiel spielen zu können, da es allgemein zu unbekannt ist, als dass ich es auf steam noch mal kaufen könnte oder sich vor mir schon mal jemand die mühe gemacht hätte. ich hab außerdem nicht wirklich ahnung vom programmieren und auch ansonsten nicht wirklich plan, was ich jetzt machen soll. Kann mir hier vielleicht jemand weiterhelfen?lg
No, you have applied the super patch to take the game to 1.67 but a few of the earlier EP/SPs have small updates. The game is not prompting you for the 1.67 patch, it is prompting you for the EP/SP incremental patch. Just click yes.
Hi, I have downloaded the super patch for my base game but I am still getting the error message that I am unable to connect to the EA servers and to try again in a few minutes. I am currently running on Mac OS Sierra and my Mac is from late 2009. It used to run sims 3 with absolutely no issues ? just wondering if theres anything else you could suggest? ?
so i have the new monterey update on my early 2015 macbook pro and it wont let me even extract it because it says the developer has not updated it for that update.. my game keeps crashing and i have tried to repair my sims3 on origin, reset origin, delete the downloadcache folder for origin, delete random files under the sims3 folder. i do have some CC downloaded into the game but i dont wanna delete all of them.. i dont know what to do!
